Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled due to rain, snow, or temperatures below 55°F. All appointments are mobile unless shop service is selected at booking. Pricing remains the same for both mobile and in-shop appointments. 24 hours’ notice is required for changes — cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit. Please remove all personal belongings and trash prior to your appointment. Interior details may incur a $99.99 pet hair removal fee if needed.
